Mental Health
W.I.S.E. Congregation
It is not a secret that because of the pandemic there is a mental health emergency. We see the affects in our children due to schooling issues such as online learning, less interaction with classmates and teachers. Parents have the added stress of balancing work and attending to their child’s needs. Domestic violence and divorce rates are increasing due to the added stress of spending so much time together. We see the increase of stress in all of us. The Mental Health Team at Plymouth United wants to help. We are providing you resources that can help you get through this or other emergencies. In the linked document below you will find resources for law enforcement, domestic violence, crisis intervention, and mental health professionals. Keep this list handy so you can refer to it at any time. We hope these tools will help alleviate some of the stress and pressure you are experiencing. Remember you are not alone.
